Lovely Tutorial: Ivory Peplum Top

I've been admiring peplum tops for quite some time now, but I never got around to purchasing one. I found this great fabric from Walmart for only $1.50 a yard and knew it was perfect for a peplum top. Rainy Days: Cozy and Casual

Rainy days are the perfect days to layer like crazy. In addition to being sick... waahhh :(, I tried to do my best not to look horrible even though I feel like absolute doo doo.
