I made this ivory peplum top with an exposed zipper from a pretty fabric I found from Walmart for only $1 a yard! Yes! Peplums are adorable.

This cropped bustier was the first top/design I made in over 2 years after taking a long break from sewing. I made it just last year and I was proud to see I did not lose my touch!
Just a simple, flowy lace top. I had left over lace fabric so I decided to make something simple for everyday wear this past summer.
Accessories can be so expensive, so I opt to make my own most of the time. I made this gold sequin collar necklace last winter. One of my favorite necklaces because it goes with any outfit and adds the perfect amount of sparkle and shine.
A beautiful fabric flower head crown made from lace fabric and window curtain scraps. Originally when I started this was suppose to be a floral statement necklace, but as I went along it became a flower head crown by accident. I have to say it turned out for the better. :)
Anything with pearls and lace, you got me! I am obsessed with this pearls and lace collar necklace.
This maxi skirt tutorial became surprisingly successful on YouTube and I am extremely flattered! Definitely one of the easiest skirts I've made thus far.
I was in a high waisted craze this past summer so this high waisted mint shorts recycled from an old silk pillow case was no exception. Every pair of shorts I made were high waisted, but this pair was my favorite because of the gorgeous mint color.
This ivory lace babydoll dress was recycled from an old, thrifted window curtain-- and you would have never known if I had not told you. I have an extreme addiction to lace dresses or anything lace in general if you had not noticed. Haha. I still have yet to wear this number out, but oh when I do, it shall be so ravishing!
This front slit lace maxi dress was upcycled from an old, thrifted window curtain as well. Maxis are so beautiful and feminine-- I will always adore them.
This two-toned gold vintage sweetheart dress was upcycled from two thrifted pillow cases. Gold and peach-- the best color combination, ever!
Chiffon is such a gorgeous fabric to work with so I went ahead and made this peach chiffon maxi skirt/dress. The versatility of it is amazing.
I had a request to make this pink long sleeve shift dress. I feel like a little hippie when I wear this, and I love it.
This taupe bow dress was an alteration, but I adore the vintage inspiration of it.
I hope you enjoyed this random and quick jot down memory lane. It was nice to look at past designs and see how far I have come in the past year of sewing. I hope to start a little project today since I have not sewed anything in about a month, and because I feel like a part of me is missing!
Which designs are your favorite, and what would you like for me to make in the future? I would LOVE to hear some suggestions!
Have a fabulous day, all! :)
